OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, who are at least 18 years old. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is limited to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Jolie Retailers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter and Employees of Retailers and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
TIMING: Giveaway begins at 12:00pm (CT) on January 2, 2021 and continues until 11:59pm (CT) on December 31, 2021. Online entries must be received by the 11:59pm (CT) on December 31, 2021 to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Share a photo to your Instagram or Facebook feed, and tag #YearofJolie in the caption. The photo can be of a completed paint project, inspiration for a project you would like to complete, or any other visual that is relevant to the #YearofJolie theme – get creative! One post is equal to one entry. Participants may enter multiple times. Privacy settings on entry post must be set to “public” to ensure Jolie Home can see the post.
By entering this contest, you agree that your post may be featured on JolieHome.com or Jolie Home’s social media sites.
Entrants must meet all conditions of this section; Sponsor is not responsible for any technical difficulties which prevent Entrant from meeting any or all conditions. The Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstake is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants to abide by the Sweepstake Rules.
Twelve (12) random winners, (one (1) per month), will be selected from the entries.
PRIZES AND ODDS:
1 (one) winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of each month in 2021 for a total of twelve (12) winners. Each winner will be selected from all the entries and will win a prize valued at approximately US $200. One prize per person, household, or family. The prizes will be awarded on a rolling basis as monthly winners are chosen. Prize includes a Jolie Gift Card to be used at JolieHome.com or at a Jolie Retailer location if requested by the winner. If used in a retail store, the Gift Card may not be used for non-Jolie branded products.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and delivery instructions must be sent within sixty (60) days of win. No extension will be given after the prize has expired. If winner is unable to redeem package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed.
DRAWING: The winner(s) will be selected and notified by email within 10 days of the selection after Sweepstakes end. Winning is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules. Winner notified must respond within ten (10) days of notice of award.
RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Sponsor the right to send them promotional emails regarding the Jolie brand. Participant can unsubscribe from the Jolie Home email list at any time.
LAW: Subject to all country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with any drawing or award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action by you with respect to the offer (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above.

TAXES. Except where prohibited, all federal, state, provincial, local or other tax liabilities, including but not limited to luxury, sales, use, income, VAT, GST, and PST tax, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event of a Canadian winner, Sponsor will deduct any applicable withholding taxes imposed by the U.S. and applicable state governments from value of prize award and the prize award value will be adjusted accordingly.
TERMS/CONDITIONS: No transfer or substitution of prizes. Employees, officers, and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Sponsors, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors of Sponsors, and all other persons/entities associated with this Sponsor and/or promotion, are not eligible. All Federal, State/Provincial and local laws apply. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
