Shipping & Returns
Jolie Home ships all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving it. Actual transit times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Our goal is for all customers to receive their orders within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons your order may take longer than usual.
We offer free standard shipping on most orders shipping within the United States. Orders excluded from free shipping include the following:
- Gallons of Wall & Trim Paint or Primer
- Jolie Tile Collection
Express Shipping is available for most US orders for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 12pm CST will ship the next business day (excluding holidays) and typically have a transit time of 3-5 business days.
Delivery options for orders placed outside of the United States will be shown at checkout.
We currently offer online ordering to the following countries:

Customers located in Australia and New Zealand are encouraged to visit our Locations Page to find a Jolie Retailer in your area.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All gallon sizes are FINAL SALE, no returns accepted.
To complete your return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you are shipping us your return. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse at your cost: Jolie Home, 2604 Piedmont Street, Kenner, LA 70062.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you still have not received it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping back your product
To return your product, you should mail your product to 2604 Piedmont Street, Kenner, Louisiana US 70062. Return labels can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for product exchanges to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
