Shipping
Jolie Home ships all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving it. Actual transit times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Our goal is for all customers to receive their orders within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons your order may take longer than usual.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the item weight and destination. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Service.
Express Shipping is available for most US orders for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 12pm CST will ship the next business day (excluding holidays) and typically have a transit time of 3-5 business days.
We currently offer online ordering to the United States only. If you are located outside of our current service area and would like a shipping quote, please email info@joliehome.com.
Returns
All purchase are FINAL SALE, no returns accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by emailing info@joliehome.com, and we will do our best to make it right.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you still have not received it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
