JOLIE PRIMER is a low VOC, quick-drying, lightly pigmented premium latex primer for use on a variety of interior surfaces. It’s formulated to improve paint adhesion, seal porous materials, block stains, and conceal surface imperfections. Jolie Primer provides a base for even paint coverage, while allowing the truest paint color to be reflected on your walls.
Jolie Primer is always recommended for use on newly installed, unfinished, patched or repaired drywall. It can also be used to seal interior plaster, wood, concrete and other masonry surfaces. Not for exterior use.
